1] Sikka port is an anchorage port and Tidel port. No LOA, Beam and Draft restriction at anchorage.

2] Cargo discharge through the Pvt. barges. Barge Movement depend on tide.

3] Discharging rates depends on Sizes, Packing and Stowage of cargo.

4] Stevedores are private

5] Normally receivers will arrange barges to receive cargo at anchorage as per contract.

6] During summer and monsoon sea is rough/choppy at Sikka.

7] Normally import cargo are Coal in bulk (Pvt. Party) and Machinary, Materials of Reliance Ind. Export cargo is Sulphur (Reliance Ind.) in bulk from Sikka anchorage.
